Fix One Costly Problem
fixed-scope project
We choose one recurring problem, review recent examples, and agree on how to measure it. I implement the fix with your office team, document the process, and review the results with you.
Hands-on operations help for home-service businesses. I work with your office team to follow up estimates, get invoices out, and reduce manual work using the systems you already have.
Find your first fixAre estimates waiting for follow-up while your team is busy with today's jobs?
Do completed jobs sit unbilled while the office chases paperwork or missing details?
Are you spending evenings moving information between systems or checking that things got done?
If one of these is costing you jobs or time, we can start there. You bring the knowledge of your business. I help your team put the fix to work.

expand when the first fix is working
When a handoff between people or systems is the problem, I connect the steps, clarify who owns each one, and put the right information in front of your team. We add automation where it saves work.
optional ongoing support
I help your team track results, maintain what we build, and tackle the next priority. When AI is useful, we choose a specific task, test its output, and train the people who will use it.
Small implementation projects start at $2,500. We agree on the scope, timing, and fee before work begins. Larger projects are scoped separately.

For five years at ServiceChannel, I built contractor performance analytics and improved work-order processes for a marketplace of thousands of contractors. One project combined task prioritization with a clear operating process and helped lift our team’s productivity by 51%.
My background is in operations, analytics, and software. I listen to the people doing the work, trace where a process breaks down, and build a practical fix with them. I also build and operate AI tools, so I can help you evaluate where they are useful and put them into practice.
I’m from Silver Spring, MD and my wife and I live in Chevy Chase, MD.
Bring one recurring office problem to a 30-minute conversation. We’ll discuss what it is costing you, what you have tried, and whether a focused implementation project makes sense.
